To order on our online store you must register. This will speed up your future orders; it is very simple, you only need to provide your contact information, select a name and a password.

First of all you should verify that the web detected correctly the country from which you are accessing it, because if not, by selecting your shipping address may you have rate changes.

In Oriocx.com you will find the “Search” that allows you to make a selection of shoes you are looking for according to their characteristics.

For women, our size range is from 36 to 42 depending on the model.

For men, our size range is from 39 to 47 depending on the model.

In our unisex models, our size range is from 36 to size 47.

You are able to check your order status under ‘Orders’ when you log in at your account in the web. We will send you a confirmation email with your order status.

When you complete the payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that we have received the order. Also we will contact you if we need more information to make the shipment correctly or if we have any queries regarding your order.

Deliveries are made within 3-14 working days depending on the destination country. PRODIMEX GLOBAL SL reserves the right and the option of delivery delay for more than 14 days due to external cause to the company (transport strike in a particular country, war, embargo, working difficulties, conflicts caused by natural disasters-fires, accidents …), failures in delivery delay or other reasons of the transportation company or other causes beyond PRODIMEX GLOBAL SL.

Working days are subject to the timetable set in the central of the company in Spain.

You can always cancel it, if it has not been shipped. Please note that orders are dispatched on Friday, except public Fridays (national, Autonomous Community of Rioja and the town of Logroño), then the departure day of the order will be the next working day. For this, you must contact our Customer Service (shop@oriocx.es) to cancel it, before 00:01 pm on the day of shipment.

If the order has already left our warehouse, you cannot cancel it, but once received you can make the return.

To proceed returns check that the following conditions are accomplished:

  • The product should not be used.
  • It is important to keep the purchase ticket.
  • It must be sent in the same conditions as it was received. In the original packaging.

When you try to make a payment in our online shop and payment gateway generates an error (for example, the purchase is awaiting payment and then it gives you a payment error) it is not necessary to cancel the transaction, because it has not been made and the amount will not be charged to your account.
